LiraelStar (“we”, “us”, or “our”) attaches paramount importance to the protection of your personal privacy and data security. This Privacy Policy elaborates our complete rules for collecting, utilizing, storing and protecting user information when you download, install and use LiraelStar mobile visual creation App and all built-in functional services (collectively referred to as the Service).

Official Audit Compliance Statement
All image and motion video rendering logic of LiraelStar are independently developed and operated by our internal proprietary system. We will never collect, transmit, disclose or share your personal information, uploaded original photos, portrait facial features and biometric data with any external third-party AI platform, third-party AI algorithm vendor or third-party AI processing service. No user-related data will be delivered to outside AI parties under any circumstances, and no separate user consent for AI data transmission is required in this App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Voluntarily Submit
Account Data: When you register an account, you may fill in your email address and self-defined nickname.
Payment Details: All payment settlement is fully handled by official Apple App Store & Google Play payment channels. We cannot collect, store or obtain your bank card, billing address or any confidential payment credentials.
User Uploaded Materials: Original pictures you upload for four core creation functions: Artistry Filter, Frame Alive, Dance, Scene Shift.
2.2 Automatically Collected System Information
Device Metadata: Mobile device model, operating system version, unique device identifier and mobile network status.
Usage Records: Functions you access, creation history and interactive operation tracks inside the App.
Operational Logs: App crash feedback, running performance data, only used for internal maintenance and bug fixing.
2.3 Visual Creation Processing Data
Source images uploaded by users for style retouching, single-image animation, portrait dance and background replacement
Aesthetic pictures and motion clips generated via our self-owned rendering system
Custom creation parameters: style filters, motion templates, background scene selections
3. Legitimate Purposes for Using Your Data
We only utilize collected information for the following service-related demands without unauthorized expansion of usage scope:
Operate, maintain and continuously optimize all core creative modules: Artistry Filter, Frame Alive, Dance, Scene Shift
Execute your requests of photo beautification, single-image video generation, portrait dance animation and background replacement
Manage your account status, membership and purchased functional quotas
Verify payment orders and activate unlocked premium creation functions
Push service updates, new template notifications and account security reminders
Respond to user consultation, after-sales feedback and technical support applications
Identify, troubleshoot and eliminate system bugs and potential security risks
Fulfill statutory data compliance obligations under local laws
4. Visual Creation & Data Retention Rules
4.1 Independent Cloud Processing Explanation
All photo and motion video processing tasks run on our exclusive encrypted private cloud servers. LiraelStar does not invoke any external third-party AI interfaces or algorithm resources during the whole creation process. Your uploaded images are transmitted through TLS/SSL encrypted channels only to our dedicated internal processing cluster.
4.2 Official Data Retention Cycle
Uploaded original photos: All source images will be permanently erased from our cloud servers within 30 days after rendering tasks finish; offline-processed pictures will never be uploaded to the server.
Generated visual works: Retained in your personal cloud workspace for 90 days for secondary editing; files will be auto-cleared upon expiration. You shall download and back up your creations locally by yourself.
Account information: Saved persistently until you submit a formal account deletion request; all bound data will be irrecoverably removed after cancellation.
4.3 User Content Ownership
You hold full intellectual property and ownership of all original images you upload. You grant us a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license merely to process your uploaded materials for delivering the agreed creative Service. This authorization cannot be assigned to any external third party.
4.4 Portrait & Biometric Data Regulation
Our App only temporarily analyzes facial outlines to realize portrait animation and aesthetic retouch effects. All facial-related data will be wiped completely right after one-time rendering. We will not independently collect, permanently store or distribute any biometric portrait information of users.
5. Information Sharing & Disclosure Scope
We will never sell, trade or rent your personal data and picture files to any external parties. We only share minimal necessary anonymized data under limited scenarios, and all cooperating vendors are non-AI service providers:
Trusted Service Partners: Share basic device operational data with cloud hosting, security maintenance and statistical analysis suppliers. All partners sign equal-level confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using user data for AI training or image analysis.
Statutory Requirements: Disclose designated information when valid local laws, court judgments or official regulatory orders mandate us to do so.
Enterprise Business Restructuring: If merger, acquisition or asset transfer occurs, user data will be transferred as business assets, and the successor must follow identical privacy protection standards.
User Explicit Authorization: Share your specified data only after you give clear written consent inside LiraelStar.

We adopt standardized technical and organizational safeguards to secure your information:

8. Minors Privacy Protection
This Service is designed for users aged 13 and above. We do not actively collect personal information and portrait data from minors under 13. If we accidentally obtain minor user data, we will delete all relevant materials immediately.
9. Third-Party Auxiliary Services
LiraelStar only integrates official platform payment channels, without embedding any third-party AI creation, analysis or rendering tools. We bear no responsibility for the privacy rules of third-party payment services, and you are advised to check their independent privacy policies before use.
10. Cross-Border Data Transmission
Your personal data and creation files may be stored and processed in overseas compliant servers. If cross-border data transfer is required, we will sign Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure overseas receivers provide equivalent privacy protection levels.
11. Policy Revision Notice
We may update this Privacy Policy irregularly to adapt to legal revisions and service function iterations. Material changes will be published on the App’s “Settings - Privacy Policy” page with a new effective date. Your continuous use of LiraelStar after updates means you accept the revised clauses.
